By downloading, installing, or using NOTIPICATION ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
NOTIPICATION is a personal productivity application that helps you manage reminders, subscription renewals, notes, and habits, with optional notification delivery via in-app alerts and WhatsApp.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, and you may not share your account with others.
NOTIPICATION offers a free plan with limited usage and paid plans with expanded limits, including WhatsApp notification credits. Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card or bank details. Upgrades take effect immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
WhatsApp notifications are an optional feature available to eligible users. You must verify your own WhatsApp number via a one-time code before this feature is enabled. Once verified, your number cannot be changed within the app for security reasons. Notification delivery depends on third-party WhatsApp infrastructure and is not guaranteed to arrive instantly or at all in every circumstance.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to use another person's account or WhatsApp number without their consent.
You retain ownership of the reminders, notes, and other content you create in the app. We do not claim ownership of your content and only process it to provide the service to you.
We aim to keep the app and its notification services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
NOTIPICATION is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed reminders, delayed notifications, or any financial or other loss resulting from reliance on the app's notifications, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
